This is an aircard or also known as USB modem, unlocked and ready for use. Service is NOT included. This item was used by me previously on the Centennial network (whose equipment is NEVER locked), which has now merged with AT&T and will work with their service, and I *believe* will also work with T-Mobile, Boost, etc - any provider that uses SIM cards for their service - however it is highly recommended you give your provider this model number prior to purchase to ensure there are no problems. I used this modem for less than a month and am now selling because I have switched providers. It is in perfect cosmetic and working condition, less than 3 months old. Comes with original case and manual.
